We take our responsibilities to the planet seriously and ensure we are doing our bit to help.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we try to create menus that champion the best of British produce.

 Fruit and vegetables come from our poly tunnels 10 mintues down the road  and a range of Sussex suppliers, meat from local butchers and fish from the South coast.

When working on your menu we may suggest alternative ingredients for seasonality that are  packed with flavour and haven't travelled the world to get to us.

All of our disposables we use are compostable and biodegradable
