We take our responsibilities to the planet seriously and ensure we are doing our bit to help.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we create menus that champion the best of British produce.

 Fruit and vegetables come from Sussex farms, meat from local butchers and fish from the South coast.

When working on your bespoke menu we may suggest alternative ingredients for seasonality that are  packed with flavour and haven't travelled the world to get to us.

All of our disposables we use are compostable and biodegradable to ensure our carbon foot print is as small as possible.
